Kristin Thames, R.N.
Kristin is a registered nurse with over 7 years experience in Los Angeles area med spas. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she obtained her nursing degree from Florissant Valley College. Kristin is an expert in laser hair removal with advanced training on numerous laser platforms and systems. She also specializes in injectables, with years of experience using Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and Perlane.
Kelli Ratliff P.A.
Kelli is a board certified Physician Assistant trained in clinical medicine with certifications in cosmetic dermatology. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California (USC). Her love and enthusiasm for aesthetic medicine has led Kelli to specialize and become proficient in a broad range of cosmetic procedures. She dedicates her time to keeping abreast of current medical knowledge in both aesthetic and clinical dermatology through continuing medical courses and conferences.
Brittany Coffin P.A.
Brittany Coffin is a board certified Physician Assistant trained in all areas of medicine. She obtained her Bachelor degree from the University of California, Irvine in Psychology with a minor in Biologic Sciences while on an athletic scholarship. She earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, graduating in the top percentile of her class. Her initial drive to pursue aesthetic medicine began as a student when she was trained in numerous lasers, injectables and paralytics in Orange County. She continues to improve her technique and knowledge of cosmetic medicine through participation in aesthetic medical education courses and attendance at various medical conferences.
Golnaz Eshaghian, P.A.
Golnaz Eshaghian, “Goli” has been working in the medical cosmetic field for over 10 years, and creating oil paintings and fine arts for over 20 years. Prior to pursuing her degree, she was working in cosmetic dentistry where she quickly learned that she has a passion for enhancing natural beauty by combining medical knowledge with artistic talent. It was this unyielding passion that lead her to pursue the realm of aesthetic medicine as a board certified Physician Assistant. Goli has acquired both a Bachelor’s of Art and Bachelor’s of Science. She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles in 2006 and went on to study medicine at Charles Drew University of Medicine, where she obtained a degree as a Physician Assistant in 2011. She strives to master the art of aesthetic medicine by expanding her knowledge and experience through diverse aesthetic education courses and training.
Paula Lugo R.N.
Paula is a registered nurse who began aesthetic medicine with Beauty Park. Prior to joining Beauty Park she worked in various departments including Rehabilitation, ER, and Surgery. Originally from Colorado, she obtained her nursing degree in Alamosa, Colorado where she continued her education to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Adams State University. Paula is a member of American Nurses Association and continues her aesthetic nursing education through various training and continuing medical courses.
Melanie Diaz R.N.
Melanie is a Registered nurse with over four years experience in the aesthetic field. Melanie obtained her nursing degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles California. She is currently continuing her education to obtain a bachelors degree in nursing and strives to eventually become a nurse practitioner. Melanie always knew she wanted to pursue aesthetics even before she started nursing school. Melanie began learning about aesthetics while she worked for a dermatology office in Beverly Hills and was able to gain insight into the aesthetic world. She then went on to work for a laser med spa where she learned about and conducted various lasers. During this time she obtained certifications in lasers, dermal fillers and Botox. She also completed an internship at a Plastic Surgery Center and was able to gain hands on experience in the Operating Room. Melanie then went on to work in a hospital setting where she gained experience on a Medical Surgical and Telemetry floor. Melanie has always had a passion for aesthetics; she has always been enthusiastic about the aesthetic field. Melanie is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses. Throughout her career she has volunteered at hospitals and other organizations such as the Red Cross. Melanie strives to continue to educate herself about the aesthetic field and master the art of beauty.

Lilly Hoiles
Lilly is a licensed California Esthetician with over 15 years hands-on experience. Born and raised right here in Santa Monica she is passionate about health,beauty and skincare. She spent part of her career working in Beverly Hills learning directly from the best of the best in eyebrow and make-up artistry and in skincare. After honing her skills she is thrilled to bring her knowledge and expertise to the Westside.
As a mother of 3, Lilly knows the value in remembering to take care of ourselves as well as our families.

Quorine is a Southern California native and is as a licensed Aesthetician and Cosmetologist. Quorine’s expertise includes medical grade facials, airbrush tanning, facial and brow threading, eyelash extensions and beauty makeup applications. She has a passion for achieving beautiful healthy skin.

Jessica is a paramedical and cosmetic tattoo specialist. She brings over a decade of image consulting experience to ‘A’ list clients including celebrities, business executives and fashion models. Jessica was one of a few privileged to be trained by Athena Karsant, a leading Paramedical and Cosmetic Tattoo Specialist and renowned certified teacher in the state of California.
Jessica began her cosmetic tattooing career with internationally recognized Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher of ABC’s Extreme Makeover. This experience added a new dimension to her approach to natural and non-invasive beautification techniques.
